I’m photographing 40 Unapologetically Awesome Women over 40 in 2024 and I’d love for you to be one of them!

OUR PROCESS

The 40 over 40 experience includes

1. Consultation

Prior to your photo session, we will have a consultation where we will discuss all the details involved including wardrobe, hair & makeup, what to bring, how to prepare and everything else you’ll need to know about your special day!

2. Styling

On the day of the photo shoot, you will be pampered with love and care from start to finish. Whether you want to be glammed up or natural/refined, it’s all up to you! Your day will start with professional makeup and lIght hairstyling for picture perfect results.

3. Photo Session

If you don’t feel photogenic, you are not alone! My job is to help you feel comfortable and enjoy the entire experience. I will gently guide you to bring out your unique personality. You will be radiant and feel confident.

4. The Selection

You will be invited to come back and view your beautiful portraits where you will choose your *complimentary print and have the opportunity to purchase more if you wish. What you choose is entirely up to you, my job is that you love all of them. * one 8x12 print of your choice, matted and ready to frame

5. The Celebration

You will have an exclusive feature in the 40 over 40 magazine and there will be an exhibition by the end of the project with all the women who participated. Let’s celebrate our common bond of being 40 and over.

Hi, I’m Ruth.

I am a mother, a wife, and wonderfully, a woman.

I believe each woman has a unique story. From the challenges and opportunities of life, comes strength and the growth in wisdom. This is beauty!

Beauty is the light that shines from within each woman who is authentic to her true self, confident and strong.
